Instagram is working on a few new features to fight back against Online Bullying and to make the platform more positive. The company says that they are testing some features to manage unwanted interaction, like the ability to delete multiple comments at once or block those accounts that post negative comments. The company says its early feedback is good and helping users with the larger following to maintain a “positive environment”.
Instagram is also testing a feature to “Pinned Commentsto highlight positive comments. This feature will allow the users to pin a selected number of comments to the top of their comments thread.

The company says that they are working on all these features to fight back against online bullying. The company also shared data about the content they removed from both Facebook and Instagram related to bullying and harassment violations.
